If you only want to increase the DR of your site, you can use cloud pages (with optional GSA/RankerX tier 2). Option 1—Set up free (some are almost free) accounts and upload HTML documents with a link to your site to Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, OVH Cloud, Dreamhost Cloud, etc. There are about 15 free/cheap cloud sites. That should give you DR20 to DR40, but there is a pretty steep..
